Any in-stock item may be exchanged or returned for any reason within 30 days of delivery.  To process an exchange or return, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact me via the contact form on the website to let me know that you wish to exchange or return your purchase.
  • Ship the item back to me (buyers are responsible for return shipping costs).  Please let me know the tracking number when it ships so that I can keep an eye out for it.
  • Once I receive the return, I will refund the item or send out the requested item in exchange, whichever applies.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned.
